Yes, you can fly with aircraft in Egypt. Every Friday morning on 6th October Airport you can go and try flying with aircraft. You can do the beginner fly and if you believe you can be a pilot, you will need to take the course which allows you, later on, to take go for the license. You can also pay a registration fee to have the Egyptian Aviation Club membership.
